Imagine if you could go back in time and remember your child at every moment.
All the different smiles.
All the haircuts.
All the tears.
All the little moments that aren’t ‘memorable’, but still beautiful.
This father decided before his daughter was born that he didn’t want to miss a single moment.
And as an artist he made a plan to capture them all.
From the moment his daughter was born, dad recorded video of Lotte every single day.
Toddler years.
Preschool.
Middle school.
The whole shebang.
And once she turned sixteen, dad decided to bring those moments together into one perfect video to share with the world.
Four and a half minutes of birth to sixteen, cut into an incredibly beautiful montage.
No, we don’t get to see the big events of her life.
But seeing her grow through these day to day images is somehow even more impactful.
It isn’t the big events that make us who we are.
It’s those little moments in between.
And somehow dad captured exactly that in this video.
