Day of the Dead Coloring Pages
These coloring sheets are awesome for all ages, not just young children.

Day of the Dead, or Dia de los Muertos, in Spanish, is a celebration that happens in Mexico and many other places, to remember those who have left us, and come back to visit us during a special day.

Personally, I believe it’s a really beautiful tradition. Some families hang out in nature (naturaleza) and read the bible (biblia), but my family (familia) likes to get together, eat sugar skulls, and children (niños and niñas) watch their favorite cartoons (dibujos animados) while the elders make crafts (artesanias).

Families get together during Dia de muertos to eat pan de muerto, tamales, and drink champurrado. Some people like to dress up as La Catrina, too!

Beautiful printable coloring sheets

Kids love coloring printables and sometimes it feels like they can’t get enough! Luckily we have thousands to pick from in our library of coloring pages, so just get some crayons and colored pencils, choose your coloring page, and you’re all set for a colorful afternoon!

But don’t stop there! We are just getting started.

Here are TONS of fun kids activities. No matter if you are looking for outdoor or indoor activities, crafts or even science experiments, we’ve got your back. Say goodbye to boredom forever!

Does your little one like to create things with their hands? These simple art for kids ideas are just the best. A lot of them are super easy and require items you already own, so no need to run to the store. Score!

And if you are looking for even more Day of the Dead activities, look no further. Celebrate Dia de los Muertos by making masks with paper plates, make colorful papel picado, and even learn how to make the prettiest marigold with tissue paper!
