When it comes to weeknight meals, we’re always looking for easy ideas that taste amazing. When I was a kid, my mom made Swedish meatballs all the time! I love that I can now toss a few ingredients in the slow cooker and make these for my family, too!

How to Make Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs

Instructions

Step 1 – Place the meatballs in the slow cooker on low.

Step 2 – In a small bowl, combine the mushroom soup, beef gravy, and beef broth.

This slow cooker Swedish meatball recipe is so easy that kids of all ages could help prepare the gravy mixture.

Step 3 – Add the water and stir the gravy ingredients together well.

Step 4 – Pour the mixture over the meatballs and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.

Lastly, prepare the pasta before you’re ready to eat and top with the Swedish meatballs.

Speaking of pasta, there are so many healthy pasta options now! My family loves chickpea pasta or you could try brown rice pasta or quinoa pasta.

Another yummy option is to whip up creamy mashed potatoes and place the meatballs on top of the potatoes.

Be sure to pair your Crock pot Swedish meatballs with a chopped salad or radish salad and enjoy!

  • 2 pounds of frozen meatballs
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar of beef gravy
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • pasta

Instructions

    1. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker on low.

2. In a small bowl, combine the mushroom soup, beef
gravy, and beef broth.

3. Add the water and stir the gravy ingredients
together well.

4. Pour the mixture over the meatballs and cook on low
for 6 - 8 hours.

5. Prepare the pasta before you’re ready to eat and top
with the Swedish meatballs.
