I whipped up this amazing pie from scratch in just a few minutes – and stirring in chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups made it an extra special treat.
A ready made pie crust speeds up the time to make this dessert recipe, and its handy built-in cover makes it perfect for transporting, too.
Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe:
- 1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8 ounce container (or 3 cups) slightly thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
- 8 snack sized Reese Peanut Butter cups roughly chopped
- Topping options – Chocolate syrup and sliced strawberries
Step 1: Using a mixer on medium speed, mix together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 2: Fold in the cool whip until it’s mixed together completely.
3. Stir in chopped Reese Peanut Butter Cups for an extra treat.
Step 4: Spread pie filling into a pre-made graham cracker pie crust.
Top with extra Reese Peanut Butter cups and place in the freezer to chill for at least 2 hours.
