Easy Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Cooking breakfast for a crowd? This easy breakfast casserole recipe comes together quickly – making it the perfect dish for overnight guests.

Speaking of overnight, you can assemble this egg ham and cheese breakfast casserole the night before, cover it with foil and refrigerate it. In the morning, just pull it out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before popping it into the oven.

Better yet — task your teenagers with whipping up this yummy ham and egg breakfast casserole. It’s simple enough for them to tackle on their own – and little ones will love getting involved, too.

Ham and Egg Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need to make this easy breakfast recipe.

A 9x13 baking dish with crescent rolls in the bottom, along with bowls of eggs, pepper, cheese, and milk.

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Unroll dough in 13×9 baking dish. (If you want a thicker casserole, use an 8×12 baking dish.) Pinch seams together so there are no holes in the dough.

Sprinkle ham cubes on top of the dough.

A bowl of eggs whipped up with a whisk.

In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, and pepper until well blended.

Pour egg mixture over ham.

Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into squares.
