Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Unroll dough in 13×9 baking dish. (If you want a thicker casserole, use an 8×12 baking dish.) Pinch seams together so there are no holes in the dough.
Pour egg mixture over ham.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into squares.
Of course, you may substitute other meats if ham is not your favorite. You can use bacon or any type of sausage. (Breakfast sausage would be delicious!)
Top this breakfast casserole with salsa, sour cream, hollandaise sauce, and/or sliced avocado.
