Here at Grown and Flown we are forever astounded by the creativity of our moms and dad and the post Michelle Corales-Geiger put up of her son in our parents group blew us away. Although her son Neo is a junior, Michelle tells us that the photo shoot was done in honor of the graduating seniors.
My son wanted to do an 80s photo like his dad’s senior picture but we had so much fun planning it we decided to do multiple iconic decades and make a creative project out of it. He is in theater, pursuing acting and loves sketch comedy so this is right up his alley.
Michelle and Neo were, “inspired by the flashback senior photos floating around a couple months ago to support quarantined seniors for the challenge #seniorpicturechallenge…initially we were just going to picture a decade but ended up having so much fun and having so many ideas on how to do the other years we did 5 decades.”
They started with the 70s because a beard and “mutton chops” were needed. After that Neo shaved and restyled his hair and the outfits. The clothes for the shoot came out of his or his dad’s closet. The shoot took about a week and a half.
Michelle says she is so glad that so many people enjoyed the photos.
