Fisher-Price Just Released Essential Workers Action Figures and My Kids Need Them All

Now you can teach your children more about the essential workers and heroes among us, thanks to these awesome new action figures from Fisher-Price, the Play It Forward community helpers series.

This brand new line of toys features actions figures of doctors, nurses, emergency medical technicians, and delivery drivers–the everyday heroes that are helping keep our families safe and at home, and your purchases help donate to First Responders First.

These action heroes are approximately 6 inches tall and each comes with an added accessory.

The EMT comes with a removable backpack with vitals tablet, the nurse with a face mask and otoscope backpack, the doctor with a stethoscope and otoscope backpack, and the delivery driver with a tracking tablet and backpack.

Each of the four professions features both male and female figures of different ethnicities, with four varieties of each profession, totaling 16 different figures to choose from.

They are designed for children ages 3 and up and retail for $20 per figure.

Fisher Price isn’t leaving the younger children out either. There is also a brand new Little People Community Helpers set.

The boxed set features 5 community helpers including a doctor, a nurse, an emergency medical technician, a delivery driver and a grocery store worker.  The set of 5 also retails for $20.

Fisher Price is partnering with First Responders First on these purchases as well. Fisher Price shares:

Beginning April 29, 2020 through May 31, 2020, when you purchase one or more of #ThankYouHeroes collection items online, the net proceeds from the sale of each item you purchase will be donated to #FirstRespondersFirst, a fund dedicated to providing essential supplies, equipment and resources for protecting frontline healthcare workers and their families.

While purchases can be made now, it is important to note that delivery will be later this year, shipping by December 31. Even so, we definitely want to order them for our kids now too!  All orders can be placed on Mattel Playroom.
