Celebrities Dropping Their Kids Off At College; They’re Just Like Us

We think that celebrities live rarified lives, but dropping your kids off at college is a moment for regular folks and celebrities alike.

A peak at some celebrity Instagram accounts reveals that they are super proud of their kids but as with any parent, this milestone is bittersweet for them. They too give their kids the “you got this” pep talk, that all kids need to hear and just like us, they are shocked by the passage of time.

Celebrity Parents Move Their Teens to College

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ daughter, Lola, is heading to NYU and it looks like they’re getting emotional letting go.

The Seinfeld’s daughter Sascha is off to Duke University, but first one final family hug on the morning of her departure.

And rumor has it that Teresa Giudice’s gorgeous daughter Gia is heading to Rutgers University in New Jersey.

Lisa Rinna and and Harry Hamlin’s youngest daughter, Amelia Gray Hamlin, is attending school in New York City where she plans to study nutrition, wellness and psychology. Mom and Dad were there to pitch in as she moved into her new digs.

Some celebrity parents even give us some back to school tips, although we hope this one from Reese Witherspoon is not for her 19 year-old daughter, Ava.

Let’s face it, celebrity or not, we all miss our kids and only want them to be happy, wherever they are.
