Okay, I am a kid of the 90’s so when I was little, Blue Clue’s was a BIG DEAL. My grandfather used to play Blue’s Clue’s with my siblings and I to find a hidden candy bar when we’d visit.

And now that I am a mom, my kids love it too and I am so excited because There’s A Blue’s Clues Reboot with New Title and New Host and I’m Freaking Out!
via GIPHYNickelodeon announced that the original series is rebooting as Blue’s Clues & You.
There will certainly be Blue (because duh) but Steve will be played by a new actor that was actually approved by the previous Steve we all know and love, Steve Burns.

Steve Burns told People:
“I had the great honor of being a part of the search for the new host, and I give Josh two thumbs up! He can definitely fill my shoes, and the rugby shirt.”
The new 20-episode series will star broadway actor Joshua Dela Cruz as Steve.

Aside from the new actor playing Steve, looks like Blue herself (yes, it is a she) has a new look.
Get ready because we are going to be hearing lots of “A Clue, A Clue” soon – or at least I hope we will!

So, when exactly is this happening?
Well, no official release date has been made YET but, Josh did tease this on Instagram with the caption:
“Why yes, that IS a drone flying in my bedroom… looking forward to another new adventure #bluescluesandyou#toronto #summeradventures”
So, looking like this Summer?
Aw, we cannot wait. My kiddos and I are going to be Blue’s Clues fanatics once again!
